Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding service to our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English or French or Italian or German or Arabic, with a proven track record of effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be a resident of Cairo or Giza
- No experience is necessary, but prior experience is preferred
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
